Clear entry points. Scope based on the workflow.

Start with a free conversation, pay for detailed analysis only when the opportunity is credible, and receive a defined proposal before implementation begins.

Prices below are starting points. Final scope depends on systems, task volume, data quality, access, risk, testing, and exception handling.

Find it. Build it. Run it.

Choose the right entry point for the stage your workflow is in. Variable work is scoped before it begins.

Assumptions

What may be billed separately

Unless a proposal states otherwise, these costs remain separate from Catalyst fees.

  • Third-party software subscriptions
  • Model/API usage
  • Telephony and messaging charges
  • Vendor implementation or support fees
  • Premium connectors
  • Data cleanup outside the agreed scope
  • Travel outside the agreed local service area
  • Legal, compliance, or security certification work
  • Material changes requested after scope approval

Where practical, customers should own and pay for their production vendor accounts directly. Contract terms, deposits, cancellation terms, warranties, and service levels are defined in your approved proposal.

Pricing principles

How Catalyst prices work

01

Start with the smallest useful scope.

02

Define the workflow and acceptance criteria before implementation.

03

Separate recurring third-party consumption from Catalyst fees.

04

Explain what is included, excluded, and customer-owned.

05

Use change control when the workflow expands.

06

Do not hide a large transformation program behind a low entry price.

FAQ

Common pricing questions

Can Catalyst quote a project from the free Scan?

Sometimes. Straightforward opportunities may move directly to a proposal. Workflows with unclear systems, risk, data, or ROI normally require the Blueprint.

Is ongoing support required?

Not automatically. The proposal will explain the support needed. Managed support is recommended when a workflow relies on changing third-party services, important business operations, or ongoing optimization.

Are savings guaranteed?

No. Catalyst defines expected measures and builds toward an agreed outcome, but results depend on workflow quality, customer participation, data, adoption, vendors, and business conditions.

Who pays for AI and software usage?

Normally the customer owns and pays for production subscriptions and usage. Catalyst fees cover discovery, implementation, management, and support described in the proposal.

What happens if we want a case-study arrangement?

There is no standing discount. Any founding-client or case-study arrangement must be separately approved by the owner and documented.

Not sure which package fits?

Start with the free Automation Opportunity Scan. Bring one workflow and the result you want. Catalyst will recommend the simplest sensible next step.
